This is one of my favorite applied like physics principles to life. But when there’s an action, there’s always an equal and opposite reaction. So when you experience something traumatic or just, you know, painful and you don’t allow yourself to feel the feelings or fully whatever emerges like however you’re processing it or you’re heavily judging the way that you do that doesn’t mean that that’s going to go away. It’s not going to go away. It’s going to manifest in one form or the other. You are just simply delaying the process. 1
